Everytime I start to feel sad, angry, jealous -- any negative feeling, I think about the advice you gave me. I think about the flaws you said I had, that I needed to change, to be a better person. I never truly believed until you unearthed every little detail about myself.
So now, whenever I have a choice to take a step back, rather than acting on that small little negative feeling, I do the former. I want to be a better person.
