Midnight!
And this was shared with me by a dear friend, Louis! (: Super groovy, I wouldn't mind hearing this in clubs.
Haven't been blogging in awhile, I apologise! Got really caught up with end of school, my birthday, and most definitely -
Fringe! Yes, it's the sci-fi television series from a few years back, and I'm determined to finish it this time. I'd watched it till about season 3 when it was first out but didn't finish it so I'm completing it this time. Became a hermit for awhile but did leave the house to meet friends to hang out!
Went out to Zouk with this bunch on a last minute decision!
Here's a group shot of Michelle, Chanel, Jaspyy and I! :D Just met Michelle for the first time, she's a freshie. It's pleasant to know that my year 4 self could be mistaken as a freshie! :p Anyway, Michelle's from KR and she said she first saw me while I was supporting Bryan and Nick for their cheerleading competition, so I looked familiar to her. Always nice to make friends who are cool!
Anyway, how's you think about my makeup and ootn? Was going for a summer-y, beach-y kind of feel. Which really doesn't fit into the clubbing kind of scene but hey, who cares. I am a beam of floral sunshine!
Jaspyy treated us to sour plum shots! Thank you dear (:
Went to members for a bit to find Chanel's friend - in this shot three guys were posing as well?!? Cut off their heads, pfft.
Bumped into Nicholas! He was there for his friend's bachelor party, and he poured champagne down my mouth because "IT'S GONNA BE YOUR BIRTHDAY SOON" and it totally WENT EVERYWHERE. Champagne shower in my friggin' mouth and nose, lololol. 'twas a unique experience, one that I appreciated but never want to have again! Hahahaahahaha. Bubbly should be sipped and enjoyed slowly (:
And guess what this is..... a blue spin. BAD MEMORIES! Gawd I tried my best but could only finish half of it. It's really gross!
Kenny came to join us for awhile and it was nice to catch up a bit. (: Just really needed company that night and he was an awesome listening ear. He's the most hipster teacher I know (hello hipster specs), thanks for the dreamer and flaming treat and also for coming out though you had a match the next morning!
I have been to Zouk a lot recently... Mostly to hang out with friends, not for particular events or anything. Of course it's really nice to see Hong and everyone else but I really miss going for nights where I actually learn and feel enriched musically. :3 Like when Agoria, Secret Cinema and Carl Craig were there. I think Imma be taking a break for now and go only when there are amazing acts whom I genuinely want to go for, or when Hong has his Code nights. :D 6th June - Fritz Kalkbrenner is gonna be in town! TECHNO SHIMMY ON, EVERYONE!
Much love,
Pamela
