dignity and classical music




Don't you appreciate people who do things with dignity, class and honour?

The thought of someone eating another human being is revolting, but in Hannibal the television series, Mads Mikkelsen performs the art with such finesse and delicacy, that one might even begin to admire how dignified he is while murdering another person.

Of course, this is all fiction.

I was initially rather frightened of watching the show because of one episode but I decided to start on the series and I'm really glad I did.  In any case, this beautiful song I'm sharing with you was featured in the season finale of season 1.  The harmonies make me weep, I feel so happy listening to the song.   I miss listening to choral music.
