september sycamore trees

It's October!  Here's a photolog of some of the stuff I was up to in September.

Unfiltered face says hi.

This was taken on the day I had passed my FTT!  I had received a 50/50, surprisingly.  It was surprising because I had read the textbook and not really understood much of the logic behind the reasoning...  I don't think I have much commonsense when it comes to driving.  I'm not making much progress in my practical lessons, but I'm trying my hardest!!!

Cooked laksa on a whim that night, but according to my family members except my elder brother, the spice paste by Dancing Chef is WAYYYY too spicy.  I really like it thou; perhaps my palette can withstand really spicy stuff now.

Also had a huge bowl of greens to go along with it!

Always delightful to meet someone who has a sense of humour!  Thank you for brightening my day, Mr. Barista

This wasn't in September (July, it was, I think).  Momsy accompanied me to get the appropriate footwear for my commencement ceremony.

We had lunch/dinner at P.S Cafe at Paragon!

This is the chicken parmigiana.  IT IS ONE HUGE HULKING PIECE OF DISH.  Sometimes, having too much meat scares me.  I think I rather much enjoyed the salad more than the protein.

The two of us were incredibly full because of this, as well

TRUFFLE FRIES!  Soooooooooo good

I just love skinny fries so much!  Especially if they're really crisp at the ends.  I'm not a fan of thick fries

//

Was working an event giving out flyers at Raffles Place one day and guess who walked up toward me?!?!?!

:DDDDDDDD  Was so surprised to see my babygirl!  She looked all grown up in her LBD and heels hehe.  Time to organise a primary school clique gathering hehe.

Was working with Daisy!  We queued for free ice cream given out by Topshop  :3

//

Went over to Flea's the other day and we cooked dinner!

Upping the level of fusion: Korean-style marinated chicken wings in a Greek-style salad with feta cheese!  It was really yummy.

//

Also attended Cheryl's housewarming party!  Thank you Wapples and Cheryl for having us over  (:  It was a really fun party; they have really interesting and crazy friends.

Headed to Zouk for the after party.

Photo credits to Adriel!

Had to post this - THAT DUDE BEHIND US HAS INSANE EYES *-*  Also, eye makeup's horribly smudged because it was a really warm night

Got a photo on Zouk's album but these two strange men decided to hop into our photo wtf??!?!?!  Masked their faces out because.

Sorry if this entry is kind of disjointed, but I'm suffering from Day 1 cramps now and all I want to do is stay in bed listening to music like this:

Yesterday, I had opened the freezer with high anticipation for indulging in b&j's cookie dough... but was greeted with an empty freezer.  *sobs* the level of disappointment

okay need to be horizontal good day y'all
