Recently I've had problems sleeping. I keep waking up after a couple of hours of sleep feeling really anxious and worried. It's not proper sleep I get before; it's tossing and turning in bed, drifting in and out of sleep, struggling to be in a state of control over my thoughts... Sleeping is a skill I do not possess.
Events from the day cling to my mind. The smallest thing would turn out to be the biggest triggers. Nightmares are made up of everything.
