IT'S BEEN A MONTH since
Beerfest Asia '13, and here I am with some photos. This year was the second time I'd worked at Beerfest, and this time it was for a different company, Dre@mfields! As usual, it was held at the Marina Promenade, just beneath the Flyer.
Day 1
Took this while on my way to work. It was so warm then, and I was soooooo lethargic that I was complaining to Flea that I didn't want to work. LOL.
But after reaching and getting separated into teams, everything started falling into place and it was fun working :D I received comments from a couple of guys saying that my lips were too red. -_-" It's MAC's Russian Red by the way! And Nars' Galapagos on the eyes (: Made me feel quite.. sad. Well not really, more of disappointed. WHY DO SINGAPOREAN GUYS HATE RED LIPSTICK SO MUCH.
The next day, had shiok maki for lunch before heading for work! :D

Because of the comments I received the previous day regarding my makeup, I decided to change tack and go for a
cutesy look for the second day hahahahahaha. Hilarious, right? But I think I intimidated guys less! And hence sold beer better hahahahaha.

With Key and Kenneth (: Kenneth kept ka jiao-ing me throughout all 4 days!! I got sprayed iced water by him countless times lol.
Dre@mfields brings in so many beers; the beer brands the girls and the helpers had to sell were Weltenburger, Weihenstephan, Nogne, and you'd most probably have heard this - Schneider Weisse!
I've favourites from each brand, but in particular I really like the Schneider Weisse Kristal, Blonde and Aventinus :DDD All of them are German brands 'cept for Nogne, that's from Norway.
End of a grueling day
Went for supper at Thomson, had awesome ba chor mee :D

And this was a printout the official Dre@mfields photographer printed for all of us! (: So sweet of him, right? :D
Work was really just fun, though really tiring. Because most of the time we were on our feet and rushing to and fro from the stall to the customers, carrying beer and change. But it was really lively and fun. I genuinely enjoy talking to people from different walks of life. Witty banter is always appreciated! People don't have enough fun in their conversations. :D

With Steph! After meeting her for awhile on the second day, I told her "You look really familiar.... Do I know you from somewhere?" And we found out that we're both from NUS and have many mutual friends! Steph's such a cooooool babe, I heartily approve hehe.
Also met really cool customers whose sunglasses I stole for a photo wahahahah. This is David, he's from Switzerland!
DAY 4
Was pretty worn out by then hahahaha look at my forlorn expression
All the girls!! Thank you lovely ladies for being such an awesome group to work with (: And Celine too! She's such a nice boss, along with the Dre@mfields bosses. We had really nice packed food for dinners and were allowed to take breaks. Hehe.

Thank you babe for protecting me from creeps, teaching me how to sell to different kinds of customers and just being fun company in general :DDD
Number one way to get into trouble: ride your boss' kid's scooter LOL
We started work at 6pm for the first three days, but on Sunday work started at 1pm! IT WAS SO SUNNY AND WARM *-*
Saw a group of customers who bought quite a lot from me the previous days so hung out with them some more while they bought even more beer from me on the last day! LOL they'd bought too many chips

Work ended soon after!! I can't even remember what time it ended hahahaha. 8pm? Hung around a little chatting to some of the Dre@mfield guys. Then Johannes told me he was around so I went to find him

Beerfest is such a fun event I love working for ittttttt :DDD
