I'M IN THE BIZ LIBRARY NOW! Had my first ever focus group discussion - it was quite odd talking about makeup with people less enthusiastic than myself but oh well, hope my experience and opinions helped them in some ways.
Just a short entry here --
Zhiwei and I had initially made plans to watch
The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug but our first try was thwarted by a full cinema but as y'all know, we managed to watch it (I've already blogged about that!), so here's what we did instead, on that day.

We wandered around in Cineleisure for a bit and also popped into the cool store (which name I have forgotten, but it's at one end of the 3rd floor), where Hong Xiu was working hehe. The place has awesome little cutesy trinkets and lots of hipster stuff haha.
There wasn't much we felt like doing in town so we headed to Clarke Quay to have dinner!
For none other than the yummy carbonara :D
Ms Neo looking excited because she'd also tried it before and was anticipating her second time!
The super gao and fragrant carbonara! I honestly think this version is the best I've had. In my opinion luh, but then again I really like food that has a heavy taste and makes me feel
jelat after my meal. It's done just nice, not too soggy, and the amount of bacon is generous :D
We also got cocktails but there wasn't much alcohol in both of them so I'd recommend just eating there and getting drinks elsewhere.
We just chatting whilst eating and being all animated and gossipy :p I love spending time with Ms Neo cos she's one of the kindest, wisest, strongest and smartest persons I know. Not to mention she's extremely adorable sometimes in her geekiness and she doesn't even realise it - which makes her even cuter! Also I like it that she can actually stop being that strong and sometimes be mean around me. It gets tiring being strong and nice all the time, okay! Thank you for always being there when I need someone to talk to, Ms Neo (:
We came across this machine claiming to be able to tell your fortune - LOLOLOLOL only Zhiwei would actually try it!!!
I was laughing like a hyena because the machine was attempting to be all mysterious and lights were flickering and all that (pity there wasn't smoke rising out of the dude's nostrils) but it was all just so funny!!
Silly dear with her fortunes apparently you get stars for different aspects of your life! Can't quite remember what Zhiwei got but I remember the front part, the prose, was pretty generic hahhahah

We came across a bubble machine at The Central!!
Kids were being kids and chasing bubbles heh
As if our huge dinner meals weren't enough for us, we still went for dessert at
Canelé :p
Zhiwei's yuzu crèpe! The yuzu is really refreshing and its tangy taste helps make the dessert less heavy.
My strawberry one! I was really craving strawberry so I was really happy with my choice. The strawberry syrup and ice cream went really well with the white chocolate sticks!

I feel bad for people who go out with me the day after I club because I can be rather unpredictable because I usually get really happy the night before and stay happy the day after. Luckily for me I have spontaneous friends like Ms Neo who'd go anywhere and do anything wit me! :D We talked and ATE so much that day!!!
Off to have a talk with Bill, Linda, Abby and the Farmer. BYE.
